Meet Ben Joffe

Ben Joffe is the Director of Operations at National Youth Sports, a role he has held since June 2012. He also serves as the American Youth Football Desert Mountain Commissioner and Director of Football Operations, where he helps guide league structure, operations, and long-term growth.

A lifelong athlete with a deep love for all sports, Ben grew up in Southern California before earning his degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He has lived and worked in the Las Vegas sports community since 2005, building programs that focus on development, accountability, and opportunity for young athletes.

Favorite sports teams: Los Angeles Dodgers, Vegas Golden Knights, Las Vegas Raiders, and Wisconsin Badgers.
